But above all, the young songwriter bares her soul in unforgettable songs, breaking through with “Liefste, Ken Je Mij” and pressing on with more brutally honest (electro)pop on her second album “drift”. Whether modest or backed by an orchestra, her music and lyrics reinforce each other, full of variety just like life itself.
