FAQ

On this page, you can find all the practical information about Pinkpop 2026 and answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Accessibility at Pinkpop

Bringing special food or medication

Medication is allowed if accompanied by:

  • A medication passport (available free of charge at any pharmacy; allow about 3 weeks for processing)
  • A current medication overview (available free of charge from your pharmacy or downloadable digitally), as well as any necessary items for administering the medication. At the accessible entrance, Inter will check the medication, as some medicines can also be used as drugs or narcotics.

Medication or food that needs to be kept cool can be handed in at the first aid station next to the South Stage or at the first aid stations on the campsites.

Assistance dogs

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed both on the festival grounds and at the campsites.

Extra Accessible (EXTO) facilities at the festival site

Do you need additional aids for medical reasons? Please request approval in advance via our accessibility partner INTER.

Festival entrance
There is a separate, wider, and less crowded entrance next to our main entrance. You may use this together with one companion. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed both on the festival grounds and at the campsite.

Raised platforms
At the South Stage, North Stage and Tent Stage, there are viewing platforms where wheelchair users, people with crutches, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders (with one companion if needed) can enjoy their favorite acts. These platforms are reserved for people with disabilities. If the platform becomes too crowded, Inter assistants may ask companions to leave the platform.

Accessible toilets
Each toilet area on the festival grounds includes accessible toilets. There is also an accessible toilet next to every viewing platform. In addition, Inter assistants are available on-site to help with toilet visits, food or drink, or any issues with your wheelchair if needed.

Would you like to use these facilities? Please complete the registration form from INTER.

Accessibility

Together with INTER, we ensure that the festival grounds and campsites are accessible. Would you like to make use of our facilities for extra support, such as the extra support campsite, the extra support parking lot, the extra support kiss & ride, or permission to bring care aids? Please request this from INTER using the registration form for extra support.

Please note! There are no special festival tickets available for visitors who require extra support. No discounts are given to individuals or their companions. Everyone pays the same price.

Has your application for an extra support parking ticket been rejected? Then you can still purchase a parking ticket for the regular parking lot! Please note that you will always have to walk (part of the way) from these parking lots.

Breastfeeding area

You are allowed to bring a breast pump to the festival grounds and campsites. You can find the breastfeeding areas here:

Festival grounds

  • Breastfeeding at our first aid station next to the South Stage.
  • Possibility to store milk in a cool place.

Campsites

Access to the front barriers

Everyone has access to the front barriers as long as there’s space. Security monitors this on-site, so the gates may close at some point. With a Wilhelmina Sky Deck ticket, you are guaranteed access to the front section of the South Stage.

Please note: the front barriers are not accessible with a wheelchair, mobility scooter, or walker.

Festivalsite location

In 2026, Pinkpop will take place for the 37th time at its trusted venue: Megaland in Landgraaf, located at Hofstraat 13-15, 6372 XC Landgraaf

Lockers at the festival site

Alpine earplugs feature dedicated music filters, so you can still hear music and conversations clearly while protecting your hearing.

Food and drinks at the festival site

We’ve got a great selection for you: from quick bites to slow food, and from a refreshing beer to a cool soft drink or alcohol-free cocktail. Good to know in advance:

  • Together with WML, we provide free water at various points on the grounds. Refill your Pinkpop water pouch, bottle, or cup for free with delicious drinking water from Limburg
  • Special food or medication can be brought in via the EXTO entrance. Please make sure to bring a medical certificate (or a note from your doctor)
  • If you look younger than 25, our crew will ask for your ID. Are you 18 or older? Then you can get an 18+ wristband at the bar, info desk, or campsite supermarket

The full menu of food and drinks will be announced in the run-up to the festival.
