Transport

We look forward to welcoming you to Megaland in Landgraaf! Below you can read how best to travel to our festival site and campsites.

Below, you’ll find the transportation options offered by Pinkpop. At the bottom of the page, we have listed all other transportation options for you.

Other transportation options

Carpooling to Pinkpop

If you’re arriving by car, make sure all seats are filled by carpooling with fellow Pinkpop attendees! It’s more fun, cheaper, and better for the environment. Carpooling can easily be arranged through our carpooling partner, Slinger:

Are you still in need of transportation to Pinkpop? Select ‘ride-sharing’ and book a spot in a fellow Pinkpopper’s car!

By bike

If you’re coming from nearby, grab your bike! It’s healthy, good for the environment, you won’t have to deal with traffic jams, and you can park for free right at the entrance. There are both guarded and unguarded free bicycle parking facilities around the main entrance.

By public transportation

During Pinkpop, NS and Arriva will extend their timetable to ensure as many of you as possible can safely get home. The exact timetable will be announced in the spring, but you can expect extra services running through Limburg and towards the Randstad until one hour after the festival ends.

Please note: Don’t rely on the very last train, as it can be very crowded!

By taxi

At the designated taxi stand after the festival, taxis will be available every day. However, please note that the number of taxis available is limited compared to the number of attendees. Therefore, it’s best to be ready early if you plan to take a taxi home.

Free festival shuttle

During Pinkpop, free shuttle buses operate between Landgraaf Station and the festival grounds. The exact routes, stops, and timings of these free buses will be announced shortly before the festival.

Please note: this is not the parking shuttle to P6!

Accessibility for people with disabilities

Together with INTER, we ensure an accessible festival site and campgrounds. If you wish to use facilities for people with disabilities such as the MIVA camping, MIVA parking, MIVA Kiss & Ride, or permission to bring medical aids, please request this through INTER’s registration form.

Please note! There are no special festival tickets available for visitors with disabilities. No discounts are offered to individuals with disabilities or their caregivers. Everyone pays the same price.

If your request for a MIVA parking permit is denied, you can still purchase a parking ticket for regular parking afterward! However, please note that from these parking areas, you may need to walk (part of the way).

Forgot to buy a parking ticket?

You can still purchase a parking ticket at a later time. However, please pay attention to the type of ticket you buy; there are parking tickets available for day visitors (P6) and parking tickets for weekend visitors (P3 and P5).

Check out our parking information, where you can also purchase a ticket directly!

How does the parking shuttle work? (P6)

We have outlined below how you can get from your car to the festival grounds:

  • The parking shuttle from P6 departs from the parking lot.
  • It is a maximum of 500 meters walk from your car to the boarding stop for the parking shuttle.
  • Sufficient buses are deployed, which take a maximum of 10 minutes to drive to the drop-off point for the festival grounds.
  • From the drop-off point, it’s about a 5-minute-walk to the main entrance.
  • You can expect a total travel time of maximum 30-40 minutes from your car to the festival grounds.

Can I take the parking shuttle? (P6)

One parking ticket (P6) guarantees one vehicle at the Park & Shuttle parking lot. The number of occupants in this vehicle does not matter: you are allowed to ride the parking shuttle from the parking lot to the festival grounds at any time. Therefore, you only need a parking ticket for the vehicle and not for the shuttle.

Can I sleep in a vehichle?

It is not permitted to stay overnight at any of our parking lots. These are designated for parking purposes only, not for overnight stays.

Please note: Pinkpop is a tent festival. Cars, campers, caravans, and trailers are not allowed on the festival campgrounds.

How do I purchase a Wilhelmina Sky Deck parking ticket?

In the ordering process of your Wilhelmina Sky Deck ticket, you can also purchase a parking ticket that allows you to park close to the festival grounds. You need to actively click on this option via the additional items in the ordering process.
