The 51st Pinkpop is moved to 2022. Due to this exceptional situation, which has a major financial impact on the entire cultural sector, a ticket regulation has been drawn up together with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and consumer organizations. The 51st edition of Pinkpop is moved to the 18th, 19th and 20th of June 2021

For Pinkpop, the tickets already purchased will remain valid for the new date in 2022. We therefore ask you to save your ticket(s) and enjoy Pinkpop next year. You do not have to do anything for this, your ticket(s) remain valid. By saving your ticket, you also help to absorb the economic impact of the measures relating to the corona virus in the cultural sector. If you keep your ticket, we, together, can make sure that the 51st edition of Pinkpop will still be a fantastic edition. On top of this, if you keep your ticket, you will have priority at the start of Pinkpop ticket sales in the years 2023, 2024 and 2025. With this offer we would like to thank you extra for your support!

I don’t know yet if I can attend on the new date, I want a credit.

If you are not sure yet if you can or want to attend the 51st edition of Pinkpop at the new date, you have the option to request a credit (voucher). The credit is equal to the value of the ticket(s) including service costs. To qualify for this credit, the ticket must be purchased through Ticketmaster. People who have bought their ticket via Buro Pinkpop in Geleen, are requested to contact us via .

The credit can be used up to 24 months after receival for (a) new ticket(s) for Pinkpop in 2022 and/or 2023. You are free to choose a ticket for another festival day or with an additional charge for the entire weekend. The credit that has not been used after 24 months, will still be refunded. By using this credit instead of directly reclaiming money, you help to absorb the economic impact of the corona virus measures in the cultural sector. If you choose a voucher, you will also have priority at the restart of the ticket sales of the 51st edition of Pinkpop so you will be the first to purchase (a) new ticket(s) for Pinkpop.

You can request a ticket credit/voucher worth the full purchase amount, including service costs, within 4 weeks after March 30, 2021. You can submit this request here.

I can’t attend on the new date and want my money back.

If you also cannot or do not want to use the ticket credit, it is possible to within 4 weeks after March 30, 2021 receive your money back via this contact form. Your tickets will then be cancelled and the amount will be refunded no later than July 20, 2021.

However, this ticket regulation has not been set up for nothing: cultural institutions can topple if everyone asks for money back. That is why the government also supports this regulation.

FAQ tickets

Pinkpop is rescheduled to the 17th, 18th and 19th of June 2022 and I want to save my ticket, should I keep it or will I get a new one?

You must save your ticket, because this ticket will remain valid for Pinkpop in 2022. You will therefore not be sent a new ticket.

I ordered a collector ticket, will I still get it?

Yes, you will receive your collector ticket a few weeks before Pinkpop in 2022.

Pinkpop is rescheduled to the 17th, 18th and 19th of june 2022, but I can’t attend, do I receive the full purchased amount?

Yes, if you can’t attend on the new date, you can get the full purchase price including service costs back. The 51st edition of Pinkpop has been moved to the 17th, 18th and 19th of June 2022 and we kindly ask you to keep your ticket until the new date and enjoy Pinkpop at a later time. Can’t make it on the new date? Then you can get the full purchase price including service costs back. You will then receive this amount back no later than July 20, 2021.

Why is it better to save my Pinkpopticket for the new date, rather than request a credit or receive my money back?

By saving your ticket until the new date, you can still enjoy the ticket that you have already paid for at a later time. By not applying for a refund, you will also contribute to a healthy future for the cultural sector; you will help to absorb the economic impact of the measures regarding the corona virus in the cultural sector. This means that there is plenty of room to work on new events in the future.

Can I get my money back, instead of receiving a credit?

If you are not able to use the credit, you can request payment of the purchase amount including the service costs in cash. Any payment of the money will take place no later than July 20, 2021.

Why do I not receive my money back by default?

We give ticket holders three options: save ticket, a ticket credit or money back. When you save your ticket, you help to absorb the economic impact that arises by absorbing the measures relating to the corona virus in the cultural sector. This means that there is plenty of room for work on new events in the future. If it is not possible to save your ticket, you will always get your money back, but at the latest within one month after the planned date of Pinkpop in 2021 which is July 20, 2021. In this way we ensure that the financial consequences of the corona crisis are distributed over a longer period of time, and in the future we can enjoy events and therefore Pinkpop again.

We kindly ask for your understanding in this exceptional situation.

Until when can I request a ticket credit of money refund?

If you cannot or do not want to use the ticket credit, it is possible to within 4 weeks after March 30, 2021 receive your money back via this contact form. Your ticket(s) will then be cancelled and the amount will be refunded no later than July 20, 2021.

Do I have to show evidence if I cannot use the credit of I want my money back?

No, you don’t have to show proof that you can’t use the credit or why you want to get your money back. The person who bought the ticket(s) will get the money back through his or her Ticketmaster account.

How long does the credit remain valid?

The credit is valid for 24 months after receival. The credit that has not been used after that date will still be refunded.

Can I receive my money back before July 20, 2021?

It is not possible to get back the amount paid for the ticket(s) earlier than the indicated period.

If I find out that I have not delivered the money credit after the validity of the credit, will I get my money back?

Yes, if you have not used your credit after 24 months of receival, you will still get your money back. You do not have to do anything for this, this will be done automatically via the Ticketmaster account of the person who bought the ticket(s).

Why can I only use my credit for Pinkpop?

If you request a credit instead of saving your tickets, this credit can only be used to purchase tickets for Pinkpop in 2022 and/or 2023. The organizer of Pinkpop festival is Festivals Limburg BV, Pinkpop is the only event organized by this organizer. It is not possible to redeem the credit with other organizers. This works the same in for example the aviation industry. When an airline ticket is already purchased through a particular airline, the balance paid cannot be returned to another airline. The ticket regulation works on the same principle. You can, for example, choose a different festival day or perhaps choose for the whole weekend.

Can I pay a part with the credit and a part with Ideal when buying new tickets?

Yes, it is possible to pay part of your new purchase with the credit and the other part with iDeal or other payment options offered by Ticketmaster. You do not have to use up your credit in one go. The unused amount remains valid for a subsequent purchase (for example, if your neighbour goes to Pinkpop and you buy a ticket for him) or is refunded after 24 months of receival.

I have not used up the entire credit within 24 months after receival, can I get the payment paid?

The credit that is still open after 24 months of receival will be refunded. You do not have to do anything for this, this is done automatically via the Ticketmaster account of the person who bought the ticket(s).

I also purchased the tickets for my friends. If I receive the credits form all these tickets, can I transfer this, or for example, get a part as money and a part as credit?

One choice can be made per transaction. So per transaction you will receive either the purchase amount as a credit or the full amount will be refunded as money. The person who bought the tickets will receive the credit or money back. It is best to coordinate this with your friends.

I purchased my ticket at Buro Pinkpop in Geleen, what should I do?

If you want to save your ticket, you don’t have to do anything, except keep your ticket! It remains valid for the new date. If you want to request a credit or a refund, please contact us via info@pinkpop.nl.

Does the ticket remain valid for Pinkpop’s new date if it is not purchased through the official sales channel?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any statements about tickets that were not purchased through the official sales channel. Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster or Buro Pinkpop remain valid for the new date. We recommend that you contact the party where you bought your ticket to find out more about the new date and possible refund options.

I did not receive an email form Ticketmaster, what’s next?

Ticketmaster sent all ticket holders an email with information on March 30th, 2021. If you have not received this, please check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder first. If the mail cannot be found there, then please contact Ticketmaster via https://help.ticketmaster.nl/hc/en-us. On this page you will also find all the information that you would receive via Ticketmaster, including the links to the forms that will help you to cancel your ticket or convert it to a credit.

If you have bought your ticket at Buro Pinkpop in Geleen, you will not receive an email from Ticketmaster. In this case it is best to contact us via info@pinkpop.nl.

I have requested a ticket credit in 2020, how long will this credit remain valid?

If you chose to convert your ticket to a ticket credit in May 2020, the validity of the ticket credit will remain 24 months after receipt. This validity is therefore not extended. If you have credit left after 24 months, this will be refunded.

When will (re)start the ticket sales for Pinkpop 2022?

The ticket sales for Pinkpop 2022 will start in the autumn of 2021. The exact date is not known yet, but keep an eye on our website and be the first to hear the latest news!

I purchased a parking ticket when purchasing my ticket, what about that?

If you have purchased a parking ticket with your purchase, you can save it just like the entrance for 2022, or if you do not want to or cannot use it get your money back. You will receive an email from Ticketmaster with more information. This is handled via Ticketmaster.

I purchased a NS-return ticket when purchasing my ticket, what about that?

If you have purchased an ns-return ticket with your purchase, you can save it just like the entrance for 2022, or if you do not want to or cannot use it get your money back. You will receive an email from Ticketmaster with more information. This is handled via Ticketmaster and not via the customer service of NS.

I purchased a Pinkpop souvenir when purchasing my ticket, what about that?

Everyone who has ordered a Pinkpop souvenir (socks, sunglasses, the book “The World of Pinkpop – 50 years edition” or a Pinkpop backpack) when buying a ticket has already received it by post. If this is not the case, please contact us via info@pinkpop.nl.

I have booked a bus trip with or without entrance ticket at Eventtravel, what about that?

EventTravel will no longer offer the bus service in the future. If you have booked a bus trip with EventTravel (with or without an entrance ticket), you will receive a full refund. EventTravel will send you an email with more information.

I have booked a tent at Festitent, what about it?

At FestiTent you can choose the for four options:

1. Take your booking to 2022, or
2. Convert your booking to a credit that can be used for other events where FestiTent offers it service,
3. Donate your booking to FestiTent or
4. Cancel your booking and receive a refund, within a few months. FestiTent will inform all clients.

The 51th edition of Pinkpop has been moved to 2021, will the same bands come?

An understandable question, but at the moment we cannot say anything about it. Now that it is clear that Pinkpop cannot take place in 2021, plans and possibilities for the future will be looked at with all bands and acts. But we are very pleased to already confirm headliner Pearl Jam for 2022!

I want to wait for the 2022 line-up, what should I do?

If you want to wait until more artists will be announced, you can of course choose to keep your ticket. Before the restart of the regular ticket sale, ticket holders are given the opportunity to choose a different ticket based on the announced line-up. Another option is to convert your ticket to a credit. This credit can be used up to 24 months after receipt for a new ticket for Pinkpop in 2022 and/or 2023. You are free to choose a ticket for another festival day or with an additional payment for the entire weekend. The credit that has not been used after 24 months will still be refunded. If you choose a credit, you will also receive priority on the restart of the regular ticket sale. This gives you the time to choose the right ticket based upon the line-up that is known at that time.

Change your day-ticket

As mentioned Pearl Jam is confirmed for 2022, however, their performance in 2022 will be on Saturday instead of Sunday. All ticket holders with a day ticket will receive the possibility to exchange their ticket to another day in advance of the restart of the regular ticket sale. These ticket holders will be informed about this in due time and have to retain their day ticket until then.
