Frequently asked questions

Special needs visitors?

No, Pinkpop doesn’t sell tickets for people with special needs and there are no discounts for people with special needs or accompanying parties. Every festivalgoer pays the same ticket price.
In collaboration with Inter, the guiding organization for making events accessible for people with special needs, Pinkpop has made extra efforts. Do you wish to make use of the facilities for people with special needs at the festival site or at camping site A? Fill in a request form after purchasing a Pinkpop 2019 ticket.

Minimum age

The minimum age for unattended minors at the festival site is 12. This also goes for the Pinkpop camping sites.

Can I bring (my) my children to Pinkpop?

Of course, you can bring your children, however they will need a valid ticket. Pinkpop does not have a special discount for children. This is a conscious measure to discourage parents to bring their small children. Due to the uneven terrain and several obstacles, children can be harmed. For this reason, the organizers advice against bringing young children to such a crowded event.

The minimum age for unattended minors at the festival site is 12. This also goes for the Pinkpop camping sites.

Can I make a reservation for a camping site?

We don’t accept reservations in advance; it’s first come, first serve. The organization can appoint specific locations for your tent. All camping sites together have sufficient capacity for all weekend-ticket visitors. This means there’s always a spot for you, but the later you come, the more limited your choice of site is.

Car, camper or caravan?

Pinkpop is a true tent festival. The organization does not allow campers, caravans, collapsibles etcetera, to the festival camping sites. Alternatively, campers with caravans and campers could stay at the regular camping site: www.campingdewatertoren.nl.

One-day ticket & Pinkpop camping sites?

One-day ticket visitors don’t have access to the festival camping sites, meaning they can’t stay the night there. Not even if they have two or three one-day tickets. Please check here for alternative accommodation in the Landgraaf area.
